Select your preferred villa, enter your dates and number of guests, then click "Book Now". You can pay by credit card, bank transfer, or cryptocurrency. Once confirmed, you will receive a booking confirmation by email.
We accept Visa/Mastercard, PayPal, bank transfer (SWIFT/SEPA), cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, USDT, Ethereum), and MercadoPago. All transactions are processed over a secure SSL-encrypted connection.
Cancellations 30+ days before check-in receive a full refund. 15-30 days prior receive 50% refund. Less than 15 days before check-in are non-refundable. For special circumstances, please contact our support team.
Standard check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur an extra fee. You can request this after your booking is confirmed.
The villa rate includes pool use, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, kitchen appliances, and weekly linen/towel change. Daily cleaning, airport transfers, and chef services are available at an extra charge. Included amenities are listed on each villa page.
Pet policies vary by villa. Villas that accept pets are marked with a Pet-Friendly badge on their listing page. We strongly recommend informing us about your pet at the time of booking to avoid additional charges.
Yes, private airport transfers can be arranged upon request from Cancún, Los Cabos, Puerto Vallarta, and other major airports. After your booking confirmation, you can request it via WhatsApp.
The minimum stay is generally 3 nights, but may increase to 7 nights during peak seasons such as Christmas, New Year's, and Semana Santa. Current minimums are listed on each villa page.
All villa photos are genuine and regularly verified. In case of major discrepancies, contact us immediately and we will find an alternative villa with similar features or provide a full refund.
